CV BBQ offers a unique full service experience that can be customized to suit the needs of our customers.  We specialize in open pit BBQ at it's best while serving Palm Springs, the entire Coachella Valley and it's surrounding cities.  No party is too small or large for us to cater.  Whether you have a party with 25 or 500 people.  CV BBQ can take care of your party or event.  NO PROBLEM!

CV BBQ's unique onsite standard catering package includes the following:

• One of our custom built BBQ trailer grills will come to the site location

• All meats ordered will be cooked and prepared on site

• CV BBQ will supply and set up a fun buffet style service

• Our staff will serve you and your guest as you come down the buffet line

• If our Famous Tri Tip is ordered there will be a carving station including a meat slicer that slices the Tri Tip to order

• Our staff will break down the buffet station and clear for departure

• This standard catering package has an 18% service fee, which is to conduct the onsite service. This is not a gratuity.

 

 

 

 

CV BBQ offers our customers the option to add on additional services to any event.  These additional services can be added to customize any event such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, birthdays, etc. Just to name a few.

• Table Bussing – Table bussing will start once all guests have gone through the buffet line. At that time a portion of the staff will leave the buffet to start to clear all plates and utensils. This service will end once food service is completed.  This service includes plates and utensils only.  Not glass ware.

• Trash Keep – This service includes the staff to maintain the trash bins that you provide up through food service. The staff will take away full trash bags and replace with new ones. The staff will take the full bags to the site location waste area. CV BBQ will NOT take the trash off site. Once food service is finished this service will be completed.

These additional services are not included in the standard catering package, but can be added on for a separate fee. Inquire for more details on pricing and availability. 

 

 

 

 

CV BBQ offers delivery service to the Coachella Valley.  Delivery service must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance with a minimum food order of $500.00 + tax + delivery fee.  This service option has a $35.00 delivery fee.  The food will be delivered in food safe disposable tin trays, layout on a table provided by the customer and ready to be served.  Chafing dishes and servers are not included in this service.
