CV BBQ offers a unique full-service experience that can be customized to suit the needs of our customers. We specialize in open-pit BBQ at its best, serving Palm Springs, the entire Coachella Valley, and its surrounding cities.

Our Team

All food is freshly prepared and cooked at our CV BBQ kitchen to ensure the highest quality and bold, authentic flavor. Our team will deliver your order and provide full-service setup and staffing at your event, so you can relax and enjoy.

On Site Service

Our professional staff will be onsite to assist and serve your guests as they move through the line.

If our signature Tri Tip is part of your menu, we’ll elevate the experience with a dedicated carving station—complete with a meat slicer—where guests can enjoy freshly sliced Tri Tip, served to order for maximum flavor and presentation.

Full Service

After your meal, our team will take care of breaking down the buffet station and cleaning up the service area.
*Please note: This standard catering package includes an 18% service fee, which covers the cost of on-site service. This is not a gratuity.

Additional Add-Ons

At CV BBQ, we understand that every event is unique. That’s why we offer a variety of optional add-on services to elevate your catering experience—from extra staffing and extended service hours to specialty equipment, custom menus, and themed décor options.

*Please note that these services are not included in our standard catering package and will incur additional fees based on the specific service requested, the size of your event, and the duration of service.

To ensure availability and provide accurate pricing, we recommend inquiring well in advance. Our team is happy to work with you to customize a package that fits your vision and budget.

Delivery service

CV BBQ is proud to offer convenient delivery throughout the Coachella Valley.

To schedule a delivery, please place your order at least 48 hours in advance.
A minimum food order of $650 (plus tax) is required, along with a $35 delivery fee.

All food will be delivered in food-safe disposable tin trays and neatly arranged on a customer-provided table, ready for self-service.

*Please note: Chafing dishes and on-site staff are not included with delivery service.

Other Services

Trash Mainterance

During food service, our staff will manage the trash bins you provide by removing full bags, replacing liners, and transporting the waste to the designated on-site disposal area.

*Please note: CV BBQ does not remove or haul away trash from the event location. This service concludes at the end of food service.

Table Bussing Service

After all guests have been served from the buffet, our staff will begin clearing tables by removing used plates and utensils to maintain a clean and organized dining area.

This service concludes at the end of food service.

*Please note: Table bussing includes plates and utensils only; glassware is not included.

CV BBQ is not responsible for any party rentals, including setup or breakdown of rental equipment.
